What You’ll Do

  1. Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems independently
  2. Handle complex service calls across refrigeration, electrical, and controls
  3. Execute preventative maintenance with precision and efficiency
  4. Own your calls end-to-end with minimal oversight

What We’re Looking For

  1. 5+ years commercial HVAC/R experience (required)
  2. Strong diagnostic capability across refrigeration, electrical, and controls
  3. Proven ability to operate independently in the field
  4. EPA Universal Certification (required)
  5. Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

  1. $38 – $48 per hour (based on capability and field independence)
  2. Company truck + fuel card
  3. Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)

Our technicians rely on the Purchasing Department to quickly locate, order, track, and deliver the parts and equipment needed to complete service calls correctly and on time. We are looking for an organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator who understands that purchasing is a critical part of customer service and field operations.
